• Personal Information: Name, mobile number (OTP verified), email (optional), gender, date of birth, PAN card (for winnings).
• Gameplay Data: Contest participation, scores, and performance history.
• Transaction Details: UPI/Bank transfers for deposits and withdrawals.
• Device & Log Data: IP address, location (to confirm legal eligibility), device model, app version.

2. Use of Information

• To enable Head-to-Head contests and manage score tracking.
• To process financial transactions, including winnings.
• To detect fraud and ensure fair play.
• To comply with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Disclosure

We may share your data with:

• Government authorities upon lawful request.
• Third-party service providers (KYC verification, payments), under strict confidentiality.

4. User Control

• Access or update your data in settings.
• Request deletion of your account.
• PAN and bank verification is required for prize withdrawals above ₹10,000.

Data is encrypted and stored on secure, Indian-compliant servers (comparable to Dream11's data practices).

6. Children’s Policy

Users must be 18 years or older. Meeter does not target or allow minors.
