This EULA is a binding agreement between you and METER FANTASY SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company") regarding your use of the Meeter App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices located in India.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer the app.
• Use the app for anything other than personal, non-commercial gameplay.

3. Ownership

The app and all content remain the intellectual property of the Company.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Company may update the app without prior notice.

5. Termination

Your license may be revoked if you breach the terms or use the app in a prohibited region or illegally.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. The company is not responsible for:

• Match cancellations or disruptions in live scores.
• Player injuries or misperformance.

7. Compliance

Use of the app must comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, Income Tax Act, and Gaming Guidelines by NITI Aayog (voluntary compliance for fantasy sports).
